About Etu
Etu is a reserved and emotionless individual shaped by the traditions of the island and the trauma of beingsubjected to inhumane mind-manipulation experiments as a child. Taken from his homeland at age 4, he resisted
the intended effects of the experiments, which left him detached and driven by a need for control.
Now that he's free from the S.H.F, Etu is getting on with a normal life with his partner Noah, but he's still dealing
with the distortion of his past. He's getting in touch with his roots again, and he's trying to decide whether to stay on
the island, or to move on and build a future somewhere else.
Strategic Horizons Force (S.H.F)
At first, he was put through some pretty cruel experiments that were designed to mess with his mind and break him down.They took advantage of his youth and how vulnerable he was at the time. But it didn't work. Instead of giving in, Etu developed
a hard shell and a natural resistance to any kind of control at that time and even managed to turn switch around the controll they had.
into his own hands.
As he got older, his resilience and adaptability caught the attention of the S.H.F. Instead of discarding him, they transitioned
him from a test subject to a regular participant within the organisation.
This role gave him a sense of agency, but also deepened his internal conflict. While he was outwardly compliant, Etu used this position
to refine his understanding of psychological manipulation, learning to exert control over others just as the S.H.F had tried to do to him.
With a bit of a conflict and the help of the Doc he had the chance to leave the S.H.F and live a normal life. The organisation did not let him
leave without making a deal, Etu is a good soldier within their circles but they knew he will always have the upper hand so making the deal was
the only option to still have him close without the risk of loosing control over him.
